I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch with no beef sub black beans and chips and cheese for a vegetarian. When I got to my destination the person pulled it out and there was meat on the cheesy gordita crunch! I tried to call the restaurant and there was no answer. I was not able to go back because of an appointment. I basically just threw money out the window! Also I got no receipt. Just awful!

Absolute worst Taco Bell chain around. I placed a $55 order and it was stolen. The lady in the front did not check on my order once I arrived and told her my name, after thirty minutes of waiting I asked her whether or not my order was still being worked on, after consulting two workers about it she came back to me and told me that it had been taken already. I asked myself how that is possible considering that the odds of two Melanies ordering at the same time and the same Taco Bell was pretty low. Then, I realized that they don’t ask the names of the pick-up orders and just leave them on the counter for anybody to easily pick up and leave with. Now that I knew and was told that my order was stolen, I asked how I can get a refund. She said that I need to do it through the app which I believe is unfair and inconvenient considering that I had no issue with the app, the fault is due to the worker’s negligence and unprofessionalism. Once I called the Taco Bell help line, I was informed that they are closed and I must call another day. All of this is such a hassle considering it could have been avoided simply by not hiring incompetent workers and paying more attention. I am positive I am not the only person that this has happened to due to the lack of concern displayed from the workers themselves.

This is painful, I'm sure or at least I hope my expirence at this store is a rare occurrence, I stopped to use the restroom. I have a personal policy to buy something if I use the restroom. I used the kiosk and ordered a cheese roll thingy, a dad with his two girls just left the counter with their food. After 20 minutes, not exaggerating, of standing at the counter, during that time, another lady came up and got her food, not a sole asked why is was just standing at the counter....20 minutes....finally another customer comes in and asked me if I have ordered yet. I said yes, 20 minutes ago.. he said I'm doing the drive through. I left........sorry no pictures......

Reading reviews, opposed to writing them, is usually the only reason I ever visit the review section. But this time I needed to write one about this Taco Bell location in Westfield. I’ll admit during the pandemic period, I think this location suffered, but I know it’s from running on a skeleton crew due to staffing issues. BUT WHAT BUSINESS INDUSTRY DIDN’T?!! But my reason for even taking the time to write this review is because this location has become my favorite fast food restaurant “GO TO!” They are very consistent in the quality of the food they are putting out and their speed has steadily improved to being pretty quick, even during lunch and dinner rushes. But it has amazed me how I never feel like I have gotten ripped off or shorted, when visiting there. When you ask for extra beef or sour cream, or whatever it may be, YOU DEFINITELY RECEIVE IT! That’s a nice feeling given how we are all affected by the horrible rise in inflation! I want to say “Thank you!”, to the crew members at the Westfield location!

Just call ... Even tho the disappointment from a missing item you anticipated is discouraging, they generally will make it right. If you cant get back over there today, ask them to take your name and arrive on another day to be compensated for the missing item. We all make mistakes. We are human. Generally people in the fast food industry are underpaid and over worked. Trust me ... Im feeling it myself. Rule of thumb ... Always check your bag before you get too far down the road.
