From the check in to check out...simply amazing....the friendliness of the staff the cleanliness of the room, the amenities...all outstanding. If we could rate this more than a 5 we would!

Employees are not consistent in what their policies are.. very frustrating.. apparently, 14 year old require the same supervision as 2 year olds at the pool..for one employee... no management available to talk to.. I bet they enjoy our revenue, but not the guests that come along with it.. I recommend trying somewhere else if you have a group.. location is great, facility is fine, but.. no thanks..

When we arrived they were having ‘technical issues’ and could not assist. I am had never used the app to check in or for my key. Once I nave through that it worked great was able to skip the front desk. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Then at 1:00 am the fire alarm went off. Things happen, we did have to leave the hotel for about 20 minutes. My issue can again at about 4:00 am when the fire alarms went off three or four times over the next hour. We checked out at 5:00 am. Hotel was fine. My stay was not!

The rooms were clean and nice. The bed was good. Breakfast was great one day, but the second day the eggs tasted like they were bad or tainted. All hospitality workers were amazing. Great place to stay if you have a loved one in Riverview. Easy access to the hospital and a variety of eating places and convenience stores.
