This place is awful! Basically just a single person ATM. Go somewhere else this place will waste your time.

Was closed despite branch hours saying it's open. Honestly can be replaced with just the ATM

First you shut down the drive throughs. Then I go into see a teller and there is a simple ATM in the lobby and two people standing around asking if they can help me use the machine! Seriously!! Chase if this is your new business model I want no part of it and will be taking my money elsewhere! There are plenty of other banks that understand what customer service still means!

Love this bank. Everyone is very nice and Chris the manager is very nice and sweet. We live far away from the bank so he does his best to get any issues we have taken care of over the phone.
