Arrived at the store at 4:55pm (close at 5 “supposedly “) after driving 20 minutes to pick up a small piece of tube wrap that would have taken, I dunno...45 seconds and was told I had to come back in the morning because he “has somewhere else to be”. Sorry, but our company will not be using you any more. Loyalty to customers who are loyal to you is a big deal where I come from and a fundamental business practice.
