I would like to commend the sales rep Jei that helped me with my Amazon packages. I had some difficulty with the returns and he kindly answered all my questions and provided me with all the information I needed to fulfill my returns. He went above and beyond to help me and was extremely kind, especially since there was a customer before me that was extremely rude, making a dramatic scene and he handle the situation with grace and sincerity, and got the job done despite being treated so unfairly and was very sweet when it was my turn after waiting in line.
