Honestly I started coming here because I got tired of using box dye and let me just say that the customer service here is amazing! Reading some of the reviews, maybe some people get unlucky with the employees. I’ve always had an employee help me with the correct product to either lighten my hair or bleach it 😊👍🏼

If I can give this place no stars I would x1000! The manager Jessica is so horribly rude and has a bad attitude. I feel so bad for how horrible she treats her employees. This store went down hill after the old manager Angelica left. Such a toxic environment.

The store is clean, wasn't crowded at all. The cashier was very helpful and friendly.....nice place to get your beauty supplies.....

Bad customer service. Looks like teenagers are working here. The girl at the cash register had wild purple hair. Her and her coworker were laughing the whole time and did not help me look for items in which I was looking for. When I went to go and pay, they refused to take my money and claimed that they did not have any change for my bill and that I had to go get change and come back. A store should always have change! But I will never ever go back to this store!
