I paid $45 in advance. This was a new appointment. When we arrived they wanted to take our dog and said we were not allowed inside. We chose not to do this and left. When I called to get my $45 back they refused. My husband and I are on a fixed income and can not afford to lose money. I don't think anyone can! Very unfair snd unprofessional.

They are a fine enough vet. They do "covid precautions" still, which is a lazy way of not allowing us in the building while they do whatever with our pets, so they "don't have to deal with the owners" im sure, I try my best to not give my money to establishments that, especially now, are still doing obnoxious covid bs. Do with this information what you will.

The best thing you can do is give them a call and ask, they're always very helpful in any way they can be. If they aren't avian experienced, they might be able to point you in the right direction!
Don't know anywhere that will do payment plans but they have care credit at most vets. 21st st is good but really expensive. I use discount vet. Like them a lot and much less expensive. Good luck
