Chiropractor is good here! Customer service and organization are terrible though since I signed up again with The Joint at Riverpoint! Enough to make me give them only 🌟 🌟 Male receptionist basically called me a liar and said they take Amex just not mine in which they screwed up my paperwork the previous week when I did my evaluation paperwork. So because of their unorganized systems in place I got charged $80 for 2 adjustments. Plus they DO NOT TAKE INSURANCE 👎

They will get you signed up for a membership with offering extra incentives, such as free visits. However, NOBODY discloses that the paid visits don't roll over, like the free visits they offer. Turns out i lost 3 paid visits due to not being informed properly. They'll offer a $20 visit to make up for the $60 in visits i missed out on due to improper/lack of information. Not sure how I'm supposed to be happy with the company with losing out on money like that. You haven't trained front desk employees to care enough about the customer. I honestly feel bad for the qualified and helpful deficits in the back. Their business will always be affected by the subpar front desk staff

I’ve been to a few chiropractors in the past, but they hit the nail on the head! Their customer service and friendliness is far superior than most! Very professional and addressed my concerns/discomfort with exceptional care! Affordable services, I highly recommend giving them a try, and I will continue to go back!
