If I could give this a zero I would. I came in around 7:43pm July 19th and no one was in the front or customer service area at all. Everyone was outside taking a break! When I asked if I could order a soft drink I was told that they were on break and they would be back in 10min! Keep in mind this wasn’t right before closing or anything!

The issue with this Panera bread is not the food, but the people who take orders. Often in the morning they have their AirPods on and they are on their phones instead of taking care of costumers. When you ask them something they can’t hear you, and they even talk while you are ordering. This can be extremely frustrating, and it is unacceptable. Please train your employees and have some discipline!!!

The last 4 times I have ordered from here, it's been wrong every time. When someone says they don't want something in their food, you probably shouldn't put it on there, bud. It's increasingly annoying to pay for something you didn't even get! and then to be met with condescending tones and the dumbest excuses when you call to get what one could only hope would be a solution to the problem THEY created. 0/10 - I Do not recommend this location by any means. HUGE lack in service and taking care of customers properly. "I was gonna give you a refund, but our system is the one that messed it up" As I am staring at the receipt with all of my order items CLEARLY listed CORRECTLY and still, no correct order. GARBAGE.

So I went in to get a quick lunch and the total came to $20 so I ask how that happened I got the "you pick 2" and a coffee. the GM explained the average Panera order is $18 so my price is not bad... I said I don't care to explain my money with people but just wanted a quick lunch that came to more then I wanted to spend on myself. he then went on to say he took his daughter out to dinner last night and spend 36 dollars... I said that is great I did not care to spend that I just want the soup if I could get my money back for the sandwich I don't want to pay full price for a 1/2 sandwich... and I don't care about the coffee anymore. GET THIS..... he then told me I had made money on coming in cause he did not refund it whole thing and have me pay for the soup like I asked him to do.... he only refunded the sandwich and coffee he goes "now you only payed $3 instead of $6 for the soup! congratulations." he really said congratulations as if I when in there to make money..... ( I go to this Panera about 1 or 2 times a week I will NEVER BE GOING BACK! )
