I was in Boston for a conference and made a point of visiting this iconic store, right on the finish line of the Boston Marathon. So glad that I did, the in-store team were friendly and helpful with the few small bits and pieces that I wanted to grab. I also got some great tips on where to run in Boston, which is pretty handy when you're from the other side of the world. Topping it off was an invitation to join them for their Wednesday afternoon running group, no way I was passing that up. That particular day they had the Hoka rep in store letting us all try their new Carbon X 3 shoe on the run, followed by a yoga session. All free of charge. Great work Team! You made me feel like part of the family, which is just what I needed on a long business trip. Will definitely come by again next time I'm in Boston.

Fantastic staff and very fast customer service. I worked with a man named Chris who did a walking gait analysis on me and helped me with orthotics and shoes that worked with them. They also have this cool device to scan your feet and figure out exactly where the pressure on your feet are.

Top notch running store right near the Boston Marathon race finish. Excellent staff who are quick to offer help and guide you to the right shoe. Plentiful shoes for all runners. Easy access and reasonable prices. Will be back for service with a smile.
