Two stars for the generally positive interactions with customers. Otherwise I had a less than ideal encounter with this location. After calling and asking explicitly if they diagnose and fix hard drives, I brought my laptop there to be fixed. My computer had a weird noise coming from the hard drive or maybe the fan, I wasn’t sure so essentially I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t the latter. They kept it for two weeks and ultimately called me and said they could not reproduce the noise. So I came and picked it up and took it home. No huge deal at this point however when I tried to turn my computer on it was stuck in a boot loop. Called them and they said to bring it back, so that’s what I did. Got there and was immediately helped and the laptop was brought to the back for about ten minutes. After that time, some guy comes out and states my computer has water damage and that was why it was stuck in a boot loop. I was really trying to connect when the computer could have been in contact with water in the short time I brought it home and could not figure it out. Anyways I took my laptop to expercomp and they fixed my problem (for free) and said these folks didn’t properly load my disk drive back into the computer which was why it was stuck in a boot loop.

This place was a life saver. My puppy got ahold of my cellphone and started making a snack out of it, cracking the screen and taking a piece out of it. My only means of communication and I needed it fixed FAST! They made my phone like new in less than two hours. Thank you so much for saving the day!

We arrived 40 minutes before closing time and they were still able to not just help us bur also repair my daughter's phone before they closed. It was very helpful. I wish other repairs and warranty work could be handled in just as pleasant of an experience as this was for us! Please share some tips with the phone network providers!
