Sheila is very direct and up front but VERY VERY knowledgeably and soooo helpful. We only needed storage for a short time and had some obstacles but she was extremely helpful. If we need storage again, I will absolutely come here and I recommend that you do the same.

I called after reserving a unit online for a set price with drive up access . Clearly stated with the reservation . Drive up access! I reserved through the self storage website that sorts out all units available in your area. When I called on move in day , They told me it was actually an interior unit and the only drive up was double the price I was told I was paying for A DRIVE UP ACCESS . This bait and switch is unethical and price gouging customers by increasing storage rentals by almost 60 percent over the past few months is also unethical. Eventually consumers will get fed up with greedy companies who practice these type of marketing practices. The greed is unreal. The smiling face of a great manager can't cover up the truth forever. I am now looking, again, for an affordable unit after moving twice in the last 3 months because of the multiple companies who are doing these same things I'm my area. Shane on you us storage. You should honor my reservation and price because it's the right thing to do . Disappointed and saddened by this becoming the norm.

My family and I had worked with Shiela, she made move in so easy for us. We had rented a unit for my car and it turned out to be about 4 inches short. She immediately said let’s get the car over to a bigger storage. The car doesn’t run so we would of had to push it uphill to get it back on the trailer. Shiela had come over with her golf cart and rope and pulled it right out. She truly goes above and behind to help out in any way she can! Also this storage has the best prices of any storage facility around!
