One of my favorite local hikes. You can make it mellow and do the Meadowlark loop or you can make it more substantial by exploring the trails. Make SURE you take a map at the trailhead because it starts getting confusing. It’s lush and green, not too busy trail.

Another great trail just off 470 that will give you plenty for an excellent hike. Great views and terrain.

I've done this trail multiple times. Really nice area. Views were limited with the fog. Close to Denver and a great trail for beginners.

Great hike, 1st week of January and even though it had snow on the trails it only required boots. Ended up doing the entire trail and only came across a dozen or so others.
