I was never a big workout person until I found myself at BarreCoast! This studio is my sanctuary and has truly changed my life not just physically but mentally too! This is my happy place that has given me so much confidence when I doubted myself physically for so long! The staff and teachers are so encouraging and helpful and really make you feel good about yourself! The workouts make you feel amazing and will definitely see results no matter what classes you enjoy taking! It’s really addicting! Kristen has done an amazing job bringing such joy to our little community thank you for having such a great vision!! And I can’t forget to mention the awesome fitness apparel they carry too!!
