Our NP, Ashley was so kind and attentive. She was quite funny & helped my hubs get his rx for his inhaler. Checking in was a breeze & since we don’t have health insurance it’s $99 for an office visit - thanks for everything! The only thing I would suggest is maybe getting an answering service, you’ll be on hold for a while.. I assume it’s because it’s just either her or the doctor :)

I got here early for an appointment. Was told they would “try and fit me in”. After waiting for an hour and a 1/2 and seeing maybe 3 people get service, the front desk lady turns off the lights and leaves for lunch. No notice nothing. The PA is like it’s not our fault you came early. You think they would tell me they took lunch? Wow.

My family has gone to this location many times without issue. After feeling progressively worse and spiking a 102 fever, I looked online and saw there was a 45 minute wait for walk ins so I headed over for a Covid test. After registering on the kiosk and asking if I could wait in the car, the nurse rudely told me she didn’t have time for me and I needed to leave. With tears in my eyes, I stated that I had a 102 fever, needed to be tested and did she know where else I could go at 6pm? She again rudely stated that she didn’t know and I needed to leave. I absolutely understand the strain our healthcare workers are under but I also believe we deserve some compassion and empathy when standing helpless in front of them asking for help. I won’t be going back to the Little Clinic again. Thankfully the Urgent Care I ended up at gave me excellent care and showed plenty of compassion. A week later I was admitted to the hospital with Covid pneumonia (as well as my husband a few days later) and I will never forget the complete lack of care and empathy shown by this staff when I showed up sick, scared and in tears.

This location is terrible. They said we could walk in and see a doctor so we got here at 8:15, they open at 8:30. The receptionist got there and said that the nurse doesn’t get there until 8:40. She then told us that if we were a walk-in they would not fit us in between appointments even if it took four or five hours. She was very rude. Why don’t they advertise that somewhere, because it wasn’t like this before. Don’t say you take walk-ins, make everyone schedule an appointment because the assumption shouldn’t be that if you go there you will have to wait five hours.
