I took my shattered phone in as a last resort after being turned down at multiple other phone repair stores. The woman working the front desk looked at my phone and immediately offered help. After 30 minutes my phone was repaired enough to get my data off of it. They offered great service and I’ll be returning in the future.

Lucy was rude and raised her voice at me. She lied about a warranty on my new screen. I only had my screen two days when it stopped working. I came in Saturday to fix they weren't open with paper note on door.came in Sunday they opened an hour late. When they finally opened she pulled my screen up off the back of my phone and said it was cracked. It wasn't before. She refused to help me. I have the same phone as a work phone and my screen doesnt pull up like that. Lucy cause damage and refused to fix. I asked for her to give me warranty on screen protector She said, " I do that see the point you have a broken screen." She was so unkind and mean and raised her voice at me.

My son’s iPhone 7 had a cracked screen, so I was looking for a shop that could replace it. I found CPR in a Google search. I went to their website, got an estimate on line, scheduled an appointment for the same day, took it in and they replaced the screen in less than one hour! All this, for a very reasonable price, done in one day! You can’t get service and quality like that anymore... Thank you guys!!! Amazing service from a small local business! Kudos to you!!!

They opened my phone samsung Galaxy s8 a couple times and they missed parts I bring my phone in good working condition to fix the sd card holder because is broken,but they bending the part inside of my phone they opened a couple times to fix it but it's still bending went try to turning off my phone to install the small card and try turn on my phone it not working the screen come black all sounds are hear but I can't see nothing. I took it to other places and they told me that the screen was damage.
