Usually I love this location better than my closer one. But today I needed to get the ball rolling on getting my stihl chainsaw serviced. The guys downstairs had their hands full, no question. I’m utterly baffled though at the information I received that they have no 2-cycle mechanics and that service is out at least a month. As a Stihl dealership, I would expect I can get service. Sounds like I can expect no service for the foreseeable future and that’s very frustrating. Plus I was waiting for about 40 minutes total, most of that time was after I asked for my chainsaw back so I could leave. I want to trust ace over big box, this makes it more challenging. Oh, and if you think good customer service consists of posting a sign reading,”a lack of planning on your part…etc.” I may in fact never shop there again.

Ace Hardware on 5914 W Kipling St Littleton CO 80127 is a Joke!! We purchased this Humming Bird feeder less than 30 days ago and they would not exchange it for a different one. The receipt says “We will fix it, replace it or refund your purchase. Your receipt is All you need.*” *Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. SUZI M. the Assistant Manager refused to Exchange the Feeder. Horrible Customer Service!!!😡 PLEASE DO NOT SHOP AT THIS ACE STORE😡 #acehardwarelittleton

Lots of stuff. The store layout is a bit claustrophobic. But has what's ya need in a pinch. Staffs a bit harried. But helpful

We always hear "Ace is the Place". There are a lot of Ace Hardware out there. But this one has always exceeded my expectations. It has more stuff than I could believe, and not just that one thing you couldn't find at Lowe's or Home Depot. Best supply of smoker supplies anywhere. The best associates I've found in a long time. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. And this last trip my wife found a purse! We've always appreciated this particular Ace Hardware for its diversity, but seriously who would think you could find a purse that fits her style and needs?! I give them as much business as I can and I'll be a long term customer.
