This was a typical experience at a Marriott Courtyard so if you’ve stayed there before this location is on par for what to expect. However, I have to say the staff here are wonderful! Kind and extremely accommodating from small requests like a vase for flowers to a big request like when our room reeked of mold. Location was perfect for us being ~10 minutes walking distance from the conference center. Great market hall next door with lots of food options.

DO NOT PARK IN THE GARAGE WITHOUT VALET. The single Friday night I stayed at the hotel (July 15), 17 cars were broken into in that lot across levels 1-5, including multiple members of the wedding I was attending that weekend. Apparently there's a group of kids doing this routinely at the moment around the downtown area, so be careful both here and in surrounding hotels. To me, it is UNCONSCIONABLE to not give guests this explicit warning before self-parking. Not just that we're liable- that part is obvious and standard, but that there is a current rampant issue should be a warning. I absolutely would have found another way to park my car had I been made aware of this. Apparently, beware of parking Kias in particular, as the group will steal those cars entirely sometimes. Rest of hotel: Marriott Titanium here, so the context is that I've stayed in a LOT of Marriotts and I also know that because of status, they tend to put me in better rooms, etc. Nothing was broken, most things were clean but the bed was only surface clean - the sheets were fine and the duvet cover was fine but the duvet was stained. I didn't notice immediately because it was hidden, but it definitely grossed me out and made me lose trust in the cleanliness of the rest of the bedding. Not the least clean property I've been in, but certainly not up to my standards for comfort. The staff was very kind and responsive and respectful my entire time, especially the bistro staff. Overall, I will not return to this property under any circumstances. None of the benefits of location are worth the lack of cleanliness and grand theft auto risk.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful! My room was very clean upon arrival. Having the 3rd Street Market Hall within the same building made this a very fun stay. The park across the street was convenient for dog walking. I would definitely return!

The hotel itself was really nice and clean. The staff was great and very professional. We arrived early, but they were able to get us checked into a room quickly. The original room they put us in had an issue, but they promptly switched us to another room with no hassle at all. I would love to have left a five star review, but unfortunately our night time/sleep experience was pretty terrible. We woke up around midnight to really loud music, shouting, doors constantly opening and closing (not quietly), etc. It was like we got a room within a block of rooms reserved for a party. Ended up calling the front desk as it was definitely the room right next door and wasn't seeming to wind down, they said they'd take care of it. Laid awake hearing this and not able to sleep until at least 1:30-2 and the staff never seemed to address it. That made for a far less than desirable experience and has me up in the air if I'd return.

They have Valet, no charge. Might have been on my room bill. If there was a charge.
