I ordered my pizza through the app and it gave me the “big box deal” for $26.99, after getting there the employee said it will be $38. He said they don’t honor the deal and they’ve been working on getting it removed from their location? Then he said if I don’t pay the $38 I won’t get the pizza. I pay only to get home and discover both pizzas were undercooked, and the bread was still very doughy. As well the BBQ chicken pizza tasted oddly sour, my roommates and I didn’t even feel comfortable finishing a slice so we ended up just throwing it away. Update: I received a call from the store manager advising that the price jump was because both pizzas weren’t single topping pizzas. He also addressed the odd bbq sauce flavor and the employees demeanor. After speaking with Allan (Alan?) I’m changing my review from 1 stars to 4 stars.

Called and no one picked up at all just sent me the robotic voice mail I've had their pizza before and it's okay but their customer service is terrible. 3/10 would not go back.

Worried about employees I came in to order a pizza a few nights ago and while I was there a manager or employee was yelling at someone to leave the store, it was me and another person in the lobby. Besides this, I ordered two pizzas, a pan crust and a normal crust. Mushrooms were mushy and tasted strange, and dough on the pan was almost raw and doughy in middle, and Handtoss tasted like cardboard. Really disappointed, this place has gone downhill

Great pizza! Bad problem resolution. Wish we never had a problem in the first place. Our breadsticks were horrible, they cooked bread plain. I understand that a mistake can be made, but I expect some quality control, it’s hard to miss. We called, and were put on hold, so we drove down, but the manager just laughed at us for being on hold for so long and said it just went to a call center, even though it was a local answer when we called in. He wouldn’t even listen to the problem or offer any solution, and went out back, ignoring us. I suppose there are a whole set of difficulties when short handed, but that’s no excuse for the behavior of the general manager. Double check your order real close!!!
