I'm really tired of fast food places closing their lobbies. Especially without posting on the door that the lobby hours are different than the drive through. Especially since the door is what you read if you walk up to go inside...

I think I get some pretty good service here. They are on a busy corner but not too bad to access no matter which way you come from. I have no complaints about the crew. Sometimes super friendly and sometimes bland but never a bad experience. I only drink the mango tea but it's always down when I'm in the area. Hopefully they'll get it fixed someday soon. Edit: Today, José the ASM went way above and beyond any expectations. He is very friendly and went through quite a bit to get that mango goodness in my cup and make sure I was well taken care of. Things like this make we want to come back time, and time again.

This place used to be the best Taco Bell I had ever been to. Not just me a lot of people I talked to said the same thing. We called this the unicorn Taco Bell. Went there recently and the quality has gone down. Now it is just like every other Taco Bell. The meat juice soaks the Tacos. Not as crispy. The ingredients don't taste as fresh. It is really too bad. Enjoy the good places when you find them, because like this Taco Bell the quality can go downhill fast.

I've been sitting in line for 35 minutes, haven't even made it to order my food yet. It's to the point where people are shutting off their cars, laying their seats back and taking naps, switching drivers. It took 10 minutes for one car to move up. There is absolutely no excuses to why it should take more than 35 minutes to get someone in and out of your drive thru. with how this line is moving, I'll be here for more than an hour before I'm able to get my food and leave. This is ridiculous. Edit: it's been 40 minutes. People are actually getting out of their car and going shopping at Walgreens, still having enough time to get back to their car before the line moves up.
