This was my first time to this hospital. The staff was amazing.. my uncle Mark was in the ICU & I felt he got the proper care that he deserved & we appreciate it so much.. was one of the hardest days of our lives, losing my Uncle.. but I will never forget how kind & compassionate the staff was🙏

5 stars ICU who are competent, caring and communicative really an excellent care team ! We are in a pandemic still so what I am continuing to find are the transitions ! pay attention to transitions with our loved ones …moving out of ICU or going from emergency to being admitted . Once they ‘land ‘ , each wing has its own team who are hard working and good providers . Hospitals in the area are all overwhelmed still catching up it’s still non-stop . How can we excellence anywhere In the north shore rn but this hospital does manage to be great! Both of my dads were in icu care , emergency , extended stay etc in the past 2 months.

This was probably the worst experience I ever had at a hospital. i was in a lot of pain and went to the ER for help, and the nurses at the front desk were so rude. One of them literally threw a bag next to me after asking for my information when i was having an anxiety attack. On top of that, I heard them talking smack about me behind the counter as I was waiting to be brought to a doctor. Ended up leaving and going to a more welcoming hospital that took much better care of me.

Honestly, the energy of the team that took care of me completely changed everything I think about hospitals. All my life, i’ve been in and out of hospitals for different reasons. From hernia operations, to my appendix almost rupturing, to crohns disease, to plenty other health related visits…but this experience changed alot in me and helped me find out alot about myself and the people around me. Kelley (RN) that took care of me on the 9th floor was an angel. She talked to me in the most human way possible. I was stressing alot being in here. I couldn’t take care of my family, I couldn’t make any moves for my family, nothing. She gave me some advice that i’ll never forget and i’ll always hold close. Alaina was my first nurse and she set the tone as well. She was attentive, smart, nice, energetic, and always assisted with anything. I had a couple assistants but the names I kind of forgot because my nurses names stuck with me. There was also a Nurse Practitioner that came in here and talked to me for awhile and I literally did not even remember her name but she had one of the biggest impacts on me as well and I feel apologetic within myself because like…these nurses…they were amazing. And they changed the outcome of something that was going completely south. I will hold this visit close to my heart because in the military I didn’t have help with my health and mental…I got out and became a civilian and the same thing happened…but these humans/angels showed me what it feels like to be taken care of…job or not, the mental crutch that comes with taking care of humans from different backgrounds, places, stressors, mental breakdowns, pasts, and traumas…you guys handled everything at a level to where I could NOT even explain the amount of gratitude I have. This literally changed my life forever and thank you to the doctors as well I think his name was Dr. Orange? You all are AMAZING. Mary, ANGEL. Im sorry if I switch so much but my emotions are booming right now haha but…man. Thank you. OH AND ALLISON. Sorry as the names come i’m just dropping them. I love you all. Genuinely. Love isn’t measured by how long you’ve known someone but by the value and energy they bring to your life. You all really saved me in ways you’ll never know. THANK. You. FROM THE BOTTOM AND TOP of my heart 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

We waited 10 hours in the ER. 4 hours before my husband was even brought into triage and then 6 hours in an ER room before they decided to admit him.
Not sure but I worked there as a teenager in the kitchen for cleaning etc.
Use the upper entrance on Highland Avenue and enter the Axelrod Building. Go to the right and there is a financial advisory office on the right. https://nsmc.partners.org/patients_and_visitors/financial_counseling_and_billing

This makes no sense and is not a question.
Due to covid may not allow anyone in beside yourself.they do have an area for drop off ,you then check in at door and they will show you where to go from there...read signs follow to main entrance..could be a little confusing due to construction..go a little early to allow for time..also they have FREE valet parking if needed..
Drink castor oil
I have never been there but go to the University of Miami
You would need identification, go to a social security office first
I don't leave
suporte1 suporte1: that is just a copy of my question! Do you have an answer? No, well I do, I called & they said they dont have a Patient Apology Program! Now copy that question along with my answer!!!
At any time you can call for appointments if it is an emergency you may just go right there
North Shore Medical Center has both an adult and pediatric outpatient mental health clinc. In addition they also have inpatient mental health for all ages.
Call your prescribing physician or head to an emergency room!
Call the hospital to retrieve one
You would need to contact your doctors office for that specific information.
