We had a new air conditioning unit and water heater installed by Roland J Down. It was a great experience from the sale to install. On the install day James and Clifton arrived early at my request and did a great job. They worked diligently as a team and completed the install in less time than planned. They were quiet neat and cleaned up beautifully. At the end James gave a great explanation I could follow about the work that was completed. I was very impressed with the team!

I want to say George sold us our AC unit (I can’t remember for sure) but he was professional and informative. He showed up the same day we called and was willing and able to price match his competitors. We decided to go with Roland J Downs because the person who sold us the unit took the time to explain and show my husband everything. He wasn’t rushed or inconvenienced by any of our questions. Ethan and Brian installed our unit. They were timely and professional as well. My husband complimented them on how clean the work looked and how tidy they kept the basement. The block and air conditioner are level and the work looks great. That is a major compliment coming from my husband as he is a tradesman himself and can be somewhat of a perfectionist. I recommend using Roland J Downs for your air conditioning services.

I cannot say more than the fact that the 3 guys who worked on the installation of my new heat pump and air handler on Friday, June 17 deserve 10 stars. They arrived on time, they covered everything they were stepping on, they were friendly, courteous and respectful. They demonstrated their true selves when a neighborhood emergency stopped their work for a while and it didn't ruffle any of their feathers. Despite the delays they encountered they finished late afternoon with everything installed, checked, certified. They also went the extra mile replacing our patio furniture. They cleaned up after themselves completely. Let me introduce you to the best of the best, Kyle, Justin and Ernie. They can come back anytime I fully trust the quality of the work they do. James & Ben installed our new furnace. They were top notch: Friendly, highly competent, and took the time to give us a quick orientation to our new system. They even took away the old furnace and packaging that came with a new one. It’s nice to have heat again, especially with winter right around the corner.
