Was told about the place by a friend. And I must say. It's a great place. To buy a game for any video game console. The employees are very helpful. And I was able to leave the store with exactly what I needed. So check it out. 🙂

Pastime Legends is one of the few local video game businesses I go to where I know I'm not going to get screwed over. Staff is knowledgeable and informed, store's cleanly and full of retro nostalgia. Full of rare finds that can be pricey but worth every penny. Also the Metal Slug 3 arcade cabinet is a huge plus.

I'd call them or hit them up on FB messenger. They have a few different stores as well. I've had good luck on Lark Street and in Scotia calling ahead.
Yes. If they don't have one on hand they will call over to their other locations for you.
They certainly will exchange. If it's a cartridge, you may want to try ejecting it and reinserting it a couple times. I had to do that with a 3DS cartridge.
