I'm getting no pt and I'm not getting the correct meds. The staff lies right to your face .The staff is apathetic, lazy and mean! I had my bank card hacked into by the overnight staff and they paid their Spectrum bill and had 2 other cards stolen from me. I called the police and the nursing staff laughed about. I had clothing stolen as well! The food was awful. I had gotten a sandwich with cheese still in the wrapper. I ordered food from door dash and staff tried to steal my food order. I had gotten body shamed numerous times by Claudia who should not be talking as she was five times the size I am. I couldn't get any sleep because the overnight staff were loud rude and extremely obnoxious. I asked them to be quiet and they told to go to me room like a child. My visitors were discriminated because they are black. The people, the nursing and therapy was a terrifying experience for me. DO NOT Go Here or send a family member here! I could say more because it was that BAD!!!!!

This place was ok, not wonderful, but ok. The nurses and aides did what they could, although many times they were short handed, and that of course made things more difficult. The best aide was a Woman by the name of Suzanna. she seemed to work mostly on the rehab side. I can't say enough good about her. She knew her job and got right to it, in a very kind way. I never worried when she was on duty. The food was so so....sometimes the cook would come up to the dining room and serve it from there, and it came out nice and hot. otherwise it came up on the carts and sat on there until the trays got passed out, by which time it was cold. my dads coffee was always only luke warm. I did like how they would put the patients in a recliner out by the nurses station if they were at fall risks. both my parents had to have this, and that way they were able to keep an eye on them. thank you to all of the staff............Betsy Barrera

I drive home every night after visiting my father crying. I can't stand this place. The food is absolutely horrible. They give him a saggy sandwich, a spoon of vegetables and soup at dinner. Every night it's the same thing. The sandwich is either Tuna fish or chicken salad. He eats it only because they is nothing else to eat. The staff is very nice and he gets along well with them. The room he's I wouldn't let my worst enemy stay there. No air conditioning in the wing he's in, the room is extremely shaddy and old, the furniture is old. My brother brought him 2 fans so he would be comfortable. He is in small room with a roommate that should only be for 1 person. I talked to 4 employee's there and all said the same thing "Get him out of there". He's depressed. I can't rate this place because it doesn't deserve to be rated. My brothers and I are trying to find another place to put him in. The ideal place would be his house but we would like to see him have some interaction with other people who can actually understand what he's talking about. I could keep going on about how bad this place is but I have to go back to work.

I am very sorry to say that we have had a very disappointing experience at This facility. Our Family member went there after a traumatic neurological event and after recuperating at a nearby rehab hospital, came there for additional PT. Not only did this not happen as we wished, but our family member's mental and physical status started and continued to decline while at this facility. It seemed that no amount of calling, visiting, leaving notes or speaking with staff changed much of anything. Not wanting to sound like Debbie Downer, but the communication at this facility was very poor. One part of the staff seemed to have no idea what the other part of the staff was doing. It appeared that no one knew whether appointments had been arranged or whether the Doctor had been notified of Certain details. The Doctor simply did not return our requests for calls or medication changes. It seems as if Family Wishes were just too much to bother with. Although all of the nursing assistants appeared competent,i felt as if there was a lack of respect and a lack of compassion for my family member. The nursing staff (LPN s only) seemed to do they best they could in a system that seemed to me to be very disjointed and confusing. If you have a choice,in my opinion only, my recommendation, based solely on my own personal limited experience here, would be to choose another facility. My family member did NOT get bed sores, and a rash that s/he had DID get better. For this reason I would like to give them a 0.5, but that is not an option available on this review system.
