I was mailed an incorrect phone, but the ATT website showed the correct phone, making the return process difficult. Having already called customer service and failed via that means, I visited the store. The rep at this store was very respectful and helpful, and went well beyond my expectation to assist me with this matter, and managed to resolve the problem much faster than anticipated.
