Hi Dennis, I'm sorry to hear about your E-Bike not working properly. I would suggest bringing it to an authorized dealer as we do not work on throttle E-Bikes (class 2). We do work on Class 1 and Class 3 (pedal assist).
Hi Wayne, We do not purchase bikes. However, we sometimes take bikes on trade if you are looking to purchase a new bike. Feel free to bring the bike by the store. We will be happy to evaluate it for you, and determine if we would take it on trade, and how much we would give you towards the new bike purchase.
