Have spoken with base personnel regarding training, Class that suppose to be scheduled, All air bases are good, There are some bases and air stations haven't visit yet.

Yes. You can make an appointment with the personnel office. They will hook you up with a hard copy ID. Make sure you have the proper paperwork if you aren't in the military. Military dependants should have their sponsors with them to make sure all the documentation can be completed

Negative, the closest one is the Navy Base about 30 minutes North of the base.
