Pedrick's Greenhouses

Pedrick's is a fantastic place to buy annuals for the garden. Located on Route 50, across from the county airport complex, the front is unassuming and easy to miss. However, behind the small street-view building lies several long greenhouses awaiting your exploration! They stock several varieties of each type of plant, which are healthy and pest-free. I appreciate that the plant medium used is more beneficial than just peat or seed starter! Other area growers could learn a thing or two. Be aware that their annuals sell out quickly, and once gone, Pedrick's closes up shop for the season.

I've bought most of my flowering plants, annuals and perrenials, here for several years. Nice healthy plants, nice selection, reasonably priced. They also have veggies and herbs, which I'm trying for the first time. Excited to try the patio tomatoes ... feel like I stole them at $2.50 each!
