DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT CAMELOT MOBILE HOME PARK!!!!!!! I went and gave them application fees and background checks that cost me $200 back in May 21st 2022. My lease was up August 15th 2022. Jessica and Heather both assured and promised me that they were confident something would be available but never called me back. I had to constantly call them to find out if something was available but had nothing. And did not care that I'm basically homeless now and have to put all my stuff in storage costing me more expenses I cannot afford. They stole my $200!!!!!!! Do not waste your time and money here!!!! NO GOOD!!!!!

The lady Jessica that runs that office is nasty nasty nasty!!!! They won’t refund us our deposit that we put down for a place. We never even got the place because they gave us the run around for months. There is no corporate. They scam people out of there money daily. Chad Paul is the owner. We are seeking legal action. Do not rent from here. They act nice but they are stealing money. They don’t have year leases. They say they do but kick people out months and weeks after they just moved in.

God gives discernment for a reason. I'm not even going to bother showing up for my second appointment with the hateful manager lady. She was extremely rude and had the leasing office locked down like Fort Knox. She wouldn't give me a straight answer about availability or prices so it seems they want to rope you in and get money before you figure out the charade. P.S. The owner of this place is Paul Chad comingore. I have a long complex story of the disrespect that was given to me and my husband. There were many lies from everybody involved they are helping him steal our money. He overcharges you for everything and then never gives you your deposit back. I'm still waiting for my deposit. I was told I would get it in a week and have not. it's almost been a month but I did get a letter saying that he planned on keeping some of that money from the $799 security deposit that I put down. Well I have before photos and after photos of the house. I also recorded my conversation with the manager when I showed her the house and was walking through. She said everything was perfect and that they would give me my money back she said the house was in better condition than when I came in that she saw the pictures. That will definitely be enough proof to get my money back I guess I'm going to have to go to court now. Those are all of my pictures from how I left it now I'd like to know why I'm not getting my full deposit back. But that's okay like I said I have all of the audio recording. Oh and I have all of the audio from every time I went in the office and complain about problems because nobody would do anything. See you in court Paul I want my damn money back
