Brought my iPhone 11 for a screen repair for $135, got my phone back and a constant notification kept popping up on my screen saying it was an incompatible screen that it was replaced with. So I returned asking why it did that, they told me it takes a few weeks for the notification to go away. Took their word although finding it odd & left. By this point the mall is closed when I get home to inspect my phone only to find out my Face ID completely wouldn’t work. Not only that but I could see light coming from the back of my screen through the top microphone. After countless tries of me trying to reset my Face ID and get it to work, it would consistently stop the face scan process and say it was unavailable and to try again. I go back the next day early in the AM to see what the issue was. I wasn’t told ANYTHING about a return policy. All I asked was for a refund AFTER him even admitting something was wrong with the phone and that the Face ID didn’t work. Even he tried multiple times and didn’t even have an answer as to why I could see a bright light coming from behind my screen through the top microphone. They speak Arabic, how do I know? Because I speak it. But I let them think I was stupid as the one gentleman kept calling the owner that wasn’t there multiple times because he didn’t know what else to tell me to make me shut up. In translation, “That girl is back here again and keeps making up things to get her money back, what do you want me to tell her” as he proceeded to laugh. I had went to apple, had them run a diagnostic, come to find out while he was applying his $5 screen to my phone he must’ve touched something with his bare fingertips because the oil got onto the sensor for the Face ID and now it’ll never work even if I get a proper screen repair from apple. Therefore I ended up spending $400 at apple for a whole new phone because “MOBILE ENVY” repair shop screwed up my whole phone. All he kept telling me was there was no refund & his careless “sorry’s”. They don’t care once they get paid it’s not their issue. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL & OVERPRICED FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON.
