I’ve been living here almost for two years now. I can’t say I agree negative comments. It’s the nicest apartment in the Salem area. Quite and peaceful. Heat and hot water included. I gave 4 star because of the price. It’s little bit expensive. But overall, our experience is great.

To the tenant who wonders how they can afford it when a credit check is conducted, simple ..... the leaser moves in 2-4 others and they use it as a flop house ....

Overpriced, needs MAJOR updating, and I have a neighbor who screams at the top of their lungs at odd hours of the night and people hang out in the halls just talking very loudly. As residents they checked our credit scores so I can't imagine how anyone that can actually afford the place could be so ghetto.
