I originally left a bad review when I was unable to get through on their phone lines and left numerous voicemails for approximately a week, but when I learned they had an actual issue with retrieving their voicemails and a problem with their lines, I decided to give them a second chance. Glad I did. Lauren in the front office won me over with her apologies and excellent customer service. Can’t say enough great things about her! I finally made an appointment to see the doctor and she was equally as great. Someone who understands my muscular issue and eager to give me relief and also advice on how to change my daily activity to help alleviate some of my pain. I’ll certainly be returning! Thank you!!
