If you plan to rent here long term, BEWARE! To renew my lease a 4th year I will incur a 20% increase in cost from just 3 years ago. Sorry there is no long term "valued" customer benefits for ideal residents.

We’ve lived here for about a year and a half and the staff and buildings are pretty good. The staff have been super helpful anytime we needed maintenance done or needed help with the mail. The primary problems we notice are the other residents and the package area. The package area is constantly packed with boxes, and some have been there since early December at this point (if not longer). I don’t consider this necessarily the fault of the staff, people just don’t seem to want to come get their stuff. It might be better when the second amazon locker is in use, as it will leave more open spaces for smaller packages to be stored away. Personally, our primary complaint is the neighbors, which isn’t really the fault of the Corsa staff. It took forever for the mail staff to stop giving us the last residents mail, and even longer for him to stop getting doordash delivered to our apartment number. People don’t clean up after their dogs (despite numerous emails and signs), and just this weekend someone (either a resident or a visitor) hit my car and didn’t leave a note despite causing obvious body damage to my car.

I have loved living here over the past year. The apartments are comfortable and beautiful. The leasing office and maintenance staff are the best! Common areas are always clean and they do a great job of maintaining the grounds and plowing snow.

The apartments are fantastic! Spacious, good floor plans, vinyl plank flooring in the living area, tiled bathrooms, top of the line appliances, granite counters and high end lighting and plumbing fixtures. Fit and finish of the apartments are high quality. Club house and pool are super nice. Clubhouse has a gym, big screen TV, fireplace and convenient Amazon Hub. Residents are quiet, mostly young professional types, some young families and some older folk. Very pet friendly. Staff is very friendly, customer service oriented and professional. Only improvement is some of the parking. It was a bit of a shi_ show during the summer when all the residents' friends came over to use the pool, resulting in no parking for residents in building 600. Overall, I am very happy here.
