My surgery was great. The recovery was not and the nurses who "took care" of me were definitely not ones who wanted to be there. Then after a year and some months, we finally get a bill...from collection...because they had been sending it to the wrong address for over a year.The gal at billing began getting nasty with me saying "well I don't know why you wouldn't receive a bill after a year! That's not our fault!" I then asked "what address do you have on file?" She replied with a wrong address and then still refused to take responsibility. Then we found out we were over charged by about $100. It's been months and we still have yet to receive a refund after we paid it in full. Everytime I call, one person says its coming and another says there's nothing on my file about this and they don't know what I'm talking about. GET NEW PEOPLE INTO THE BILLING DEPARTMENT and NURSES WHO CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. I will go somewhere else.

Before Spokane ENT was bought out by this place I was taken to the cleaners by thier billing department who did nothing but lie to me about my balance. I didn't think having to record all my conversations would be nessisary but apparently it is :(

After my surgery was left in great amount of pain. They decided I was no longer their problem after they made my pain worse. Do not trust these people. They will preform major surgeries that you didn't ask for and then pretend you don't exist.

I had my Septoplasty on 1/18 with Dr. Cruz and am beyond happy with my recovery & care received. From check-in to discharge, every person that was part of my care, were top notch! Dr. Cruz, the anesthesiologist, to the nurses, were all so caring, understanding and just amazing. Recovery has far exceeded how I thought it would go. Highly recommend Dr. Cruz and staff!!!
