I’m trying to sign up for membership and first call I spoke to a guy who made it sound so easy. He said to just come in. Naturally I went to the nearest location in redondo, and I was told by a large unpleasant woman that they don’t take memberships application here and I have to go to the Arlington location in Torrance. Fine. So I drove to the Torrance location and was there on site at 3:45pm and the entire place was closed, locked, shut down, completely dark inside. They’re supposed to be open until 5pm. What is going on here? The most unprofessional establishment!
