As others have mentioned before, prices are extremely high. We took the family here because we liked the idea of the “Cut Your Own” experience, but most of the trees around 6’ in the field were from $300-$500. Then we looked at the fresh cuts they had and were still around the same price range. Previous responses mention prices being high due to COVID, but if that was the case they would be that price everywhere. We found a place in Erie right down the road that had the same quality trees for half the price. I’m sure the staff are nice and all that jazz, but that doesn’t enable me to spend an extra $300 for a tree. 3M Farms was just as friendly and had a great selection of all sizes and species. If you can afford it, and are willing or can justify it, buy your tree here. Otherwise, save the money and buy elsewhere.

This is the most magical tree lot ever! My family absolutely loves it and we go every year. Christmas lights, cheery music, candy canes, a warm fire, the most wonderful Santa ever, and the most picturesque setting next to the mountains that you could ask for! Plus you can cut your own Christmas tree if you would like... I just don’t think it can get better than this. You should definitely check it out!

A cute little tree village in Niwot that honestly has the best selection in terms of quality I've found. Staff is friendly and helpful, but happy to give you time to browse. Free cocoa on a cold night was icing on the tree.

For the past 5 years we have gotten our Christmas trees at Creekside Nursery the Saturday after thanksgiving. Their trees are always full, fresh, and long lasting. We would not consider getting a tree elsewhere. As an added bonus, our kids love seeing Santa and enjoying the hot chocolate and candy canes.
