Beds are hard, pillows are a joke. Hair in the showers. Tv controls, figure it out i guess. Tourist in the area? No booklet on local eatery or activity. No breakfast which is understandable with covid and all. Online reservations? Nope, first come first serve. Room service is also a no go. Highly disappointed. I drove 2 days to wait an hour and a half to see whether i could get a room i already reserved online and was told “take it us with the site you reserved on” this place is a joke.

I went to this hotel with my wife and son, the room was very disgusting. Pillow sheets where very dirt I had to ask for new ones I wasn’t gonna have my family lay on those. The bathtub was very gross had hair all over it. they honestly don’t know how to clean or then just didn’t cared. On our last stay the whole building lights went out there was no explanation of what so ever. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, save your time. This hotel is very dirty.

Again avoid this hotel at all cost. This is my 2nd review for this absolute disgusting hotel. When we arrived at the hotel we were asked to put a credit card to secure the room which is totally fine and normal. I informed the front desk manager which was Dalton that I would be down the next morning to pay cash for the room. we went down to pay cash the front desk lady did not know how to do it so we had to wait for the next shift employee to come in which was Dalton. my husband finally got to pay cash. 6 days later my credit card is charged for the room. My husband called and told them that we had a cash receipt for paying the room in full. They gave him some long excuse about the credit card being charged. my husband hung up on by Dalton 4 times. This issue has still not been resolved..

Had great service from majority of people at the front desk. We had a small issue with the bath tub and it was addressed and fixed within a few hours. There was a mild odor in the lobby but I was told there was a pipe break from one of the fire sprinklers that they are still in process of removing the odor. There was some construction going on but the hotel shows strong promise in the near future.
