Do not come here for business accounts. I needed to set up 2 new (basic checking business) accounts and it took 90 minutes! The lady was very nice but clearly had no experience with business banking. On top of it, after I left I realized she put the opening deposits in the wrong accounts.

Doesn’t seem like their bankers know what their doing. Went in to close an account and was told I couldn’t close it that day because I had some pending transactions which I understood. I asked if I could close it over the phone later that week so I wouldn’t have to come back in. I was told by two bankers that they could not. I looked it up on the website where it clearly said you could. Both of them seemed clueless when I brought it up and I later that week successfully closed it over the phone.

I have bee banking with Wells Fargo for 15 years and have never been asked to pay $5 for the to make a copy of a check. Every other branch I have visited does not try to nickel and dime you. LAME! Won’t be back!

the best Wells Fargo in TOWN! they are so fast to help you and theres almost no line to wait. I opened a new bank account in about 15-20 mins. And i want to give a special shout out to my banker Lacey Cain she is so full of energy and so awesome to work with we became bestfriends instantly. It seems like all the employees there are great workers with a wonderful attitude. Keep up the good work and im SO happy to have a bank with wells fargo you guys are great!
