I am a family member. There are no available spaces as of right now. You can call to get on the wait list, but it is at least 2 years long. Most residents have been there for 10+ years (some 20+). Do call and get on the waiting list. They DO NOT have recommendations as most places in the area are full. You can try Boulder Camp Ground for a short term space. Also, they do not maintain an online presence, so they do not answer questions here.

No they do not it is for people to live here year-round. When a spot becomes open somebody moves in and we don't move out.

If you are looking for a space in the near future, chances are there is not an opening. Most of the time the wait list is over a year out. If you want a long term spot keep trying and you can get on the list.

do your research theres not much around for tiny houses or RV theres more demand then available. you may end up in parking lots most of the time

Looking for long term Travel trailer parking in July

Im not an employee there. I have never stayed there. However i have been to visit the property. There is a cute elderly couple that run it. The place is extremely affordable however there arent any vacancies because of that fact. They have longterm tenants. FYI They have no public laundry or showers.
