I would highly recommend going here at SCL health Firestone. Dr Susan Hayes and her wonderful staff are the best. After the last two doctors I had there I did not want to go back they wasted my time and got me in and out as fast as they possibly could half the time I didn't even get to talk about why I was there because they had to talk about the past appointment for 15 minutes. To me that shows me they were there just for the money and not for the care of their patients. Dr. Hayes truly cares about her patients and so does her staff. I truly enjoy going back there again. I would have to say, that if not for Dr Hayes and her staff I may not be here today. They helped me survive Covid. If not for them being persistent and getting my x-rays as fast as they did and having great communication with me and other providers I may not have made it. I Have to give a shout out to breann. She is my favorite medical assistant she is very good at her job and we always have great conversations. If I'm having a bad day she always makes me laugh. I just want to say thank you Dr Hayes and staff from the bottom of our hearts you are the best. My family and I are forever grateful.

So I noticed there are a ton of bad reviews on here. I just happened to go to this place because it was in network and close to home. I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by the staff immediately. I didn’t have to wait long, and it seems as though the entire staff has been replaced. Dr. Nolen senses how nervous I was and put all my nerves at ease and was very thorough and honest. The nurse drew my blood (I hate needles) and she was super gentle and I didn’t feel a thing. So glad I found this place! It will be my new clinic from now on.

I have been with Dr. Banks for a few years, and I have always had the best care possible. She takes time to listen, and is always working towards my good, Always. Her staff have always tried to accommodate me on my schedule. I wish all of my doctors were Dr. Banks. Thank you Doctor!

First off our family loves doctor Banks. She is amazing. The office staff on the other hand is terrible. We started seeing Dr Banks a few years ago. The staff had never been that helpful, but we liked the doctor. Lately it's hard to even get someone to answer the phone. The last few times we called it was a no go to get seen. We were told it would be several days. Come on!! With sick kids you want me to wait days for them to be seen?? This morning I tried to call and get an appointment because my throat is swelling. They open at 8:00. I called and called from 8-8:30 and finally someone answered. I started to ask if it was possible to be seen this morning and before I could even finish my question, she cut me off and said there was no way to get seen today. Very rude. I asked to speak with the office manager and she sent me to voice mail. I called back and she said she was not available. Not sure if Dr Banks k owns about this issue with front desk. I will be contacting her because I feel she needs to know and give her a chance before we just look for a new doctor in the area.
