I called and left a detailed message about my clock that needed repair; CCR didn’t bother to listen to the message, called back and was quite rude. Sounded like he was sick and tired of clock repair. I called Tic Toc Bobs who pleasantly received my call and provided me with a home visit. CALL TIC TOC BOBS!

Chris saved the day with our grandfather clock that a different repair person had damaged. We had not been able to run our clock for months and Chris repaired it in one visit and was available for questions the next day. He has a refreshing sense of humor and I would highly recommend him!

Highly Recommended Let's face it, not everyone understands the inner working of a clock let alone how to fix them. My wife's grandfather's german made clock had taken a fall off the wall and broke into several pieces. The clock sat in a box for years until I discovered Christopher in Longmont. Christopher told me on the phone to bring it by his shop (using a mask please) and he would get it fixed. He seemed quite busy but willing to talk. Being from the east coast he and I quickly became comfortable and I felt certain that he would take care of the issues. Best part is he said it might be many weeks till he got to the repair but to my surprise, the clock was repaired in just about a weeks time. We are really happy we met "Chris" and thrilled to have the clock working again.

I have had several clock repairmen work on my clocks over the years but of late, they have done more damage then good. I found Christopher's because my grandmother clock was so messed up from the former persons work that it was not functioning at all. It took him a couple of times to work out the issues because they were highly technical but the bottom line is, it is truly fixed now and runs beautifully. I will be having him work on the other clocks soon. He is reliable, knowledgeable and his prices are more than reasonable.
