Honestly one of the best places I’ve lived. Had very minimal, typical issues when here. Had my car towed the first night I stayed here, with my parking sticker in my window, and the staff was able to get it back at no charge due to negligence by Wyatt’s towing. Only other issue was the apartment above me dumping things onto my patio. One phone call solved both issues. Maintenance is great and very friendly as well. Overall I loved my time here. Thank you Cimarron!

Visited my son on Christmas eve day and left mid afternoon. My vehicle had a green warning label on the window for not having a parking permit. Why did you use a permanent adhesive label that will not remove???? Firestone police dept can be reported as vandalism since the adhesive does not come off. Can you explain this???

If I could write a zero review I would this place has been nothing but problems kids run around all hours of the night the property manager is never available when you need her they put people on the second floor that have large pets and to top it off they kick you out for finding cockroaches in the hallway and bringing it to their attention does nothing but get you a letter but you have 30 days to move out when all I asked was if other neighbors were going to be notified do not rent from this place Rita Anderson is not a good property manager she is horrible she is obviously racist as well due to the fact that she never want to deal with Hispanics I have brought several safety concerns to her attention and she has done nothing but push me off to the side and always seems to cut me off when I want to try to explain Something so wish I could upload photos on this so you can see the emails between her and I basically saying that they’re going to sleep the cockroach infestation under the carpet if you do not want to have a pest issue do you not live here

First you are not shown and apt. Second maintains is not 24/7 and in winter if you have to be at work before they clean sidewalks you either put down your own salt or buy the stabilizers for your shoes. They put notes on your door so everyone coming by can see. The manger on site may or may not answer your call. And do not have any one over for the night without getting her approve for your guest. If you have an apt by the back doors you will be woken up at all hours of the night by people slaming the door. Parents have no control over their kids and nothing you say to office will change this.

Questions & Answers

Why did you use a permanent adhesive label as a warning parking label for vehicles ???? The adhesive does not remove. This is vandalism of private property and can be reported as such to the firestone police dept. Waiting for a answer

Hi David, The sticker is not permanent and will come off easily with rubbing alcohol. We appreciate your input and will place tags instead of stickers in the future. Have a great week ~ Cimarron Apartments

Why is there a boat and trailer parked by the playground. Is this allowed. Also why is there not a dog clean up done in your back apartment complex.

Yes, there was a small boat here temporarily, in the extra parking area near the playground. I spoke to the resident about it and it was moved several days ago. No, we do not allow boat parking as a general rule. Maintenance does an excellent job of cleaning up dog waste, so we are sorry if there was some in that area temporarily. If this resident will let us know if they see who is not cleaning it up, I will respond by posting that resident. We did recently add a dog station in that area. Thank you.
