When I put my load in it said 32 minutes For the load when I came back 10 mins after my load was done because I can find parking I went in to find my clothes wet in a basket some on the floor when I asked the woman if she did it she started cussing at me then also letting me know she did it because somebody else wanted the washer !!! I understand that’s how she makes A living But because I didn’t grab it in 10 minutes you have the right to basically throw my clean clothes on the floor , From there I grabbed my wet clothes and went and dried them somewhere else

Went to Union Street laundry to do all my comforters and sheets. I had a whole lot for 3 beds and having dogs. The machines are actually clean and the dryers worked great. Also Barbara the women who works there came in to clean up she did a great job.. I have never seen a laundromat that clean.. Its nice to use working machines other than RIVERSIDE laundromat that sucks.

Very clean and modern! Just found it extremely annoying that the dryers were a fixed price of $3.00 with a minimum time of 34 minutes. Most laundromats do drying time on Increments of .25 cents. No reason to force you to pay 3 dollars when you don’t need the drying time. Annoying cash grab

I have repeatedly used a washer that broke only 5-10 minutes into the cycle. The employee explained that to me, but didn't give me a refund or pay for my new cycle so I had to pay the whole amount over again due to no fault of my own. For at least 2 weeks three of their washers have been out of order. The last time I went there, their whole machine that dispenses laundry detergent and dryer sheets was broken although there was no sign to indicate that. Their floors have been a complete mess for weeks and there's no indication that anyone has been cleaning it at all. I'd recommend going elsewhere if you have the option.
