Had a great experience this week at Burlington Subaru in leasing our new Crosstrek. We have been communicating with the dealership since January, with quick and detailed responses. No question was ever too dumb! When it came time to pick up our car, our sales/leasing consultant Sterling was nice, polite, and professional. Made the whole process a breeze. He got us into our car quick and easy, continues to be available to us via email or phone to answer any questions. We’re in good hands at Burlington Subaru, and we’ll be back once our lease is up!

I called to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation snd was told appointments were being scheduled two weeks out. The service representative then told me about their express service. I was able to bring my car in on Monday at 7:45am ( 3 days after my call Friday morning) and wait for my vehicle. The work was done in an hour and a half! The staff is always friendly and very thorough in explaining the work that was done and if there was anything that needed attention soon. The free car wash card after service is a nice touch!

I want to thank Burlington Subaru for a wonderful car-buying experience. At age 60+, this was surprisingly my first brand new car purchase. Salesman Lance treated me with great patience, answering promptly and patiently my endless questions. Being in a pinch with a failing transmission, saddled with limited inventory during Covid time, I felt Lance helped expedite my car purchase, saving me from breaking down in a very rural section of VT in winter! Delivery Specialist Cinder is helping me navigate the world of new car technology. This could have been a hair-pulling experience for someone technologically-challenged, but is being translated into understandable bites. Thank you, Cinder!
