There's so much to say about this fabulous place! The people are so welcoming and friendly and kind. As soon as the door opens you feel welcome and like you are at home!

This place is extremely judgemental and discriminatory. If you don't match the demographic, and have tattoos and piercings they don't want you there. Even the director has written me a letter in support of on-site discrimination at events, which is illegal in a public place like this. The whole thing is a fake and needs to get de-funded. It's not safe here.

Questions & Answers

Hi, my adult child (they, their) doesn't identify as the label daughter. When I refer to them in conversation, ex: My _______ likes pie. I'm having trouble with a describer. My child sounds to young. My offspring sounds to cold. Suggestions?

You juat change the sentence. My (their name) likes pie. Therefore you are claiming them but also enknowledge thier identity. Or you can just say (their name) likes pie...if someone asks who that is with the first construction, then you can say something like "oh, my child, they are transnonbinary" which is a good opportunity to acicate and educate. Talk to your kid about whether they feel confident or comfortable with you educating in front of them because sometimes it hurts us to hear ppl discredit our existence.
