Clean. Vending machines. Hourly Bus service to Visalia. Several workers. Friendly and helpful. I saw two bus routes in Tulare.

This bus terminal is a joke. Busses are never on time. Time Transit and TCAT uses this terminal together and neither knows what the other is doing. Plus this transit center is the homeless nervous system of the world. Trash everywhere and the staff help no one and bus drivers are rude and cranky. Don't bother going into the office...they will tell you nothing. The whole Tulare county transportation system is a big failure to its community.

If you want to buy the all tulare county pass from me its 40.00 but if you buy it from the transit they charge 50.00
How does the monthly bus pass work? Does it begin on the date of purchase and run 30 days before expiration? Also, I believe the adult fee is $40. Is that correct? Please let me know. Thank you.

That's almost correct for Tulare for some it's 40 a month per person and if in Visalia 50 a month.

You would have to catch the TCAT rte 40 From Visalia Government Plaza to Porterville.
