I had the rudest person draw my blood, I asked a question about getting my results for my TB test and got the rudest tone and an attitude. It made my whole experience even more uncomfortable. They definitely need to be checked and called out for the way they treat their patients.

Their check in is more efficient and fast with these check in machines. They do expect you to read the instructions on the machine so you don't force them from their duties.

If you ask questions she puts you at bottom of everyone else. Came here today jan 4 nothing has changed still rude.. she has no good skills toward people she treats people like trash I'm going some where else my dr needs to change places only place I have ever been and been treated so bad..Poor reception service very rude ..I went in to ask if my dr faxed in my orders.she said .I have a room full of people and you expect me to look up uour drs orders? If she put her cell phone long enough and payed attention how was I suppose to know if I was due for a blood draw.and buy the way there were 3 people in seats

If you close at 3:30 and refuse service to someone who shows up 7 mins before closing, thats just careless for those who need things done..
