I would rate this zero stars if I could. Out of a dozen machines only one will be working. Broken machines aren't labeled and will steal your money. In my years of living in this neighborhood they have never made any attempts fix or upkeep this place

I only use this laundromat because the one near my house on king st has closed. Pearl laundry needs an update - 1/2 the dryers and 3/4 of the washers don't work. And I know they don't want loiters but for gods sake put a few chairs in the space so I need not stand for the 3 hours I take to do laundry

So haven't been here in years, noticed that they don't have an attendant w/washing services anymore. Alot of the machines are taped up,but that's nothing strange around Burlington, one washer had the glass window broken out so it's probably Alot of vandalism happening and you can't really help that. Plus one thing that sucks is that the bathroom is locked up now, probably because of the druggies around town, can't help that. Still alot of vending machines,plus you got other business close like Dunkin, and is right down town with parking everywhere.overall I say this is a good choice for people who live downtown and have no transportation.

Half the machines are broken, the change machine sucks up bills without giving back change, the washers don’t run hot water when you set them to hot, and there is no support in sight when there is a problem. Anyone rating it above 1 star must have been lucky on the day they showed up.
