This company should be expanded to cover the whole of Vermont. This is the greatest internet and customer service from ANY internet company I've ever been with. The price is EXCELLENT and the service has never had a single problem the whole time I was a client. This is the greatest internet provider Vermont has.

Stand up service! Jake is courteous, nice and oh so helpful. I came back today to find my internet was not working. A quick call and Jake was able to determine my problem but a tech would not be available for another day. I located the issue, and called Jake back to help walk me through fixing the problem. My non-tech savvy brain was not going very far and Jake said he could come to me in about 15 minutes. What I thought was going to be a multi-day issue was resolved from initial problem discovery to completion in under 2 hours. Jake is a wonderful attribute to Burlington Telecom!
