Employees do not care about customer. Was being helped and having issues logging into my Verizon and the employee couldn't care and was texting while I was having connectivity issues

I wanted to edit my previous review. I had a bad experience waiting here for hours to ask a single question while employees were having casual conversations with customers (very frustrating). But my last experience here was very positive. I was having issues with my phone and an employee was really nice to help me get a new phone and even stayed late so I could leave with a working phone. I really appreciated that!!

Yes there is. I am with frontier. I think there are options.
Even though our hours are posted on this very site. They are as follows: Monday through Saturday 10 am till 8pm. Sundays 11am till 6pm
I don't understand what you are asking. If you buy a Verizon or Verizon compatible phone then it doesn't matter what state you buy it in. Regardless of what state you live in. Stop by the store, we will be more then happy to answer any questions/concerns you may have.
